If you want to get knowledge of a specific fuel and the ash melting
behaviour, we investigate and present the results in an easy way.
We can also identify species that should be avoided in a future
fuel mix or find an additive that increases the ash melting point.
With a pilot scale fluidized bed reactor we work fast and effectively.
The methods have been developed and tested for a long time and the
results can be compared with mechanisms in a large scale plant.
The experience and knowledge from trials together with fuel analysis
makes the results trustworthy. The results are documented in a report
and during the progress of a project we also have a good dialogue
with our customers.
With this reactor we make characterisation of all kinds of biofuels
and tests with fluidized bed sands to study sintering and slaggs
from CFB and BFG- boilers.
Many of the daily problems such as sintering, slagging and deposits
on tubes can be determined and solved by this method.
