From abroad:
Fly to Luleå-Kallax airport about 60 km north of Piteå. Flights operate daily to/from Stockholm-Arlanda and other domestic airports. Follow Driving directions southbound on E4 below.

Driving directions northbound on E4:
Exit right at Piteå Södra, turn right towards Centrum, then right again at the second stop light. ETC is located just outside the Smurfit Kappa pulp mill site.
